How many refills do I get?
A single box contains two Multi20 filter cores.
How do I replace the filter cartridge?
First, screw off the water line attachment at one of the ends. Then, screw the Multi20 filter casing apart in two pieces to replace the inside cartridge.
Does it filter chlorine?
Yes, the Aquely™ Multi20 Shower Filter takes care of chlorine and its byproducts for you!
How often do I need to change it?
Our rule of rule of thumb is every 4–6 months. For a big family and higher water use, 4 months is reasonable. For a single person household, every 6 months is good.
Check with your local water authorities for level of chlorine and other trace elements in your water system, and recommendations.
